friendly service,large rooms,large lounges , good food ,clean,free wifi

the room we booked with booking.com was on the external side of the hotel where was quite some noise in the evening and night.On this side was the parking of the staff,soa lot of cars starting at 23-24 h and arriving at 06-07 h;also the garbitch was there,so collection during the night.I don't know if this due to the price of the room or coincidence

This time, nothing

We were put in a room on the second floor. It hadn't been cleaned and was gloomy. We asked in reception to be changed, and were told that clients that use booking.com were usually put on the first floor, When I pointed out that the five or six previous visits , all using booking.com, I had been put on the 6th, 5th 4th floor but never on the first or second. The receptionist then said it was a "courtesy" of the hotel to do this, and I then asked why this had not been explained to me in previous visits, as it seemed to be important information, i.e. if you book a room in this hotel, through booking.com, you will be placed on the first floor, unless the hotel deems it fit to offer another room as a "courtesy" at their convenience.

No nos dieron la habitación hasta una hora y media despues del check-in. Nos quejamos en la recepción y nos dejaron abandonar la habitación tres horas después del check out. Por lo demás o estubo mal, aunque tampoco me imresionó nada en particular.

No me gusto la habitación 015 ni tampoco que hubiese una papelera con latas de cerveza y colillas. Tampoco que cuando lo comunicas en la recepción se justifiquen en vez de decir un simple "perdón"
