The location was good. The animation was also good. The staff was good and this is not always the case in such big hotels.

The room was very old and the bed not confortable at all. There was a big choice of food and it changed day after day but the quality was very poor. They have to reduce the costs I can understand that but it really was not good and you could easily feel it. No fresh juices and the coffee also horrible.

Nos ha gustado todo, pero sobre todo el personal del hotel muy agradable y familiar. Las comidas también están muy bien. Gracias.

Darle un toque más actual a las habitaciones.

La habitación tenía mucho olor a cigarro debe ser por la moqueta que tenía la habitación.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good- not too far from the centre (8-10 mins walk from Veronica's Strip) but in a quiet spot with no noise at night. Also there was a supermarket and a taxi rank across the road from the hotel which was very convient. The pool and lounging area was very nice and I was travelling with friends but I imagine that young families would love this hotel as there always seemed to be plenty of activities for kids to do at the pool. The rooms were always cleaned very well everyday and the cleaning staff always came back later if we were in the room when they were on our floor. They never tried to rush us out.

There is sign up at the pool saying that the reservation of loungers is not permitted, yet people do it all the time, leaving their towels on loungers for hours before they sit out. If they make this rule they should stick to it and remove peoples' towels who are trying to keep sun loungers! Be prepared to queue for loungers from about 8.30 am onwards as well because of this. But the pool was very nice other then that! Drinks at the bar were pricey so we regretted not getting the all inclusive package- it seemed a much better deal.
