Drop-off location has been closed down for years but still showed up on reservation. Waited on hold over 30 min to talk to Hertz rep. Hertz rep on phone also said it was still open. When I arrived, the receptionist at the connected hotel said it had been shut down during pandemic and had never reopened. Had to drive to airport to complete return.Opinión del 28 jul. 2023

I was scheduled to return on 7/4 but was not told the location would be closed. When I called the customer service number, they advised me to return it to the airport location. The airport location attempted the charge me for returning it to a different location. Hertz wasted 2 hours of my time, attempted to charge me MORE for their mistake and never once even apologized.Opinión del 4 jul. 2023

Nice vehicle at a good price. Wasn’t ready at time of pick up but cleaning went quick. Staff seemed stressed out but friendly. Return was a bit chaotic with customers but not much the company can do about that.Opinión del 25 jun. 2023

The customer service was excellent. The three members of the staff were all very friendly and courteous. The only problem was the computer glitching. I waited nearly half an hour to pick up my car because of the glitch. The staff apologized but I was fine because it was not for their lack of trying.Opinión del 21 jun. 2023

Kayak booked a hertz in the incorrect location. If I wanted to book at the intended place (airport) then it would've tripled in cost. Not sure why kayak booked that hertz instead of the place I booked my flight. Had to go through hoops just to talk to someone to get a potential refund. Have not been refunded yet. The price offered through Kayak was great. The staff at the Hertz location when we picked up was awful. They were very slow and had zero concern for helping anyone quickly. They also said our only option was a fully electric vehicle. We had to argue with the front office person to get to a manager to get to a gas vehicle. It was a terrible experience.
