Very long line and wait to get the car, there was a mistake on the contract provided, I was told I had to call to get the charge removed. I could never reach anyone on the phone to get it taken care of. At drop-off I had to go back to the counter to get it taken care of.Opinión del 31 ago. 2023

Thrifty was renting cars without having them available. Despite having a car reserved, they were forcing people to wait in excess of 2 hours with no seating available in the building. This practice should not even be legal and I would discourage anyone from reserving a car as they do not honor that reservation. Furthermore, despite having all of my information after making the reservation, the staff asks all of the same questions.Opinión del 22 jun. 2023

When I arrived and waited in line to check in, I was told to take a seat as it would be awhile before a car was ready ! 30 minutes later I ended up with a Hyundai and had to go to a gas station every single day and put air in the drivers side rear tire …… when I told the employee upon returning the car they were disinterested and could care less …. The vehicle I received upon pickup had an airbag issue that kept producing a warning signal when I drove off. The second vehicle I received after exchanging it looked like it still needed some TLC to ensure cleanliness.Opinión del 30 oct. 2022

It's was an exceptionally busy weekend for travelers, yet the staff was well organized, prepared, and communicated to each other well. It was late, and the Thrifty desk transferred to work with the Hertz desk. The concierge taking me to the vehicle apologized for it taking so long to get to my vehicle, but instead I was surprised how quickly they got me there considering how busy it was.Opinión del 5 abr. 2022
